This would probably be because you have entered the security code wrongly too many times!
leave the ignition on to power the radio but not the engine running.
You go to the dealer for the radio code
Why would you remove the radio ?
The dealer has your Vin # & shouldn't need any radio serial #

We do not have access to radio security codes, if they could be accessed on line then what good would they be? You need to see the dealer for help on this code.
