Check the "Help"section at your local auto parts store, they have a selection of these "clips" & "fasteners". If for some reason they don't just call the local dealer that sells your type of vehicle and they'll hook you right up for a few bucks at most. No Worries, this is an easy fix.
You can hit up a local junkyard or salvage yard; they'll give it to you or charge a minimal price at worst, that's what I usually do!

Bad window regulator. In the mean time, have someone feather the switch down for just a fraction of a second then going to the up position all the while pulling the window up. It will get the window up eventually.

SOURCE: Broken rear slideing glass window on a dodge dakota 2001.
on this truck the rear window is glued in with urethane, if I was cutting it out I would use a special power tool designed to do this. I am sorry but this will not be easy with out it, the only thing I could see is you bending and cut the frame off with a scraper and hammer. (bad picture in my mind) might be worth a stop at an auto glass shop and ask them to remove.

Just had that problem w/ my 01 Dekota, it was the resistor that used to be mounted on the firewall and easy to get to but that is now mounted low on the back of the engine jammed into a bey tight position. I couldn't get to it myself, so ended up taking it to neighborhood garage. Cost me about $150
