2000 ACCURA 4 DOOR WONT START

I would check any wiring not too far from the battery
that may have fusible links, to see if they are corroded
based on the cars age

You may have plug in ones in fuse panel,don't know

Then you need to have a good battery & move on to the
cable connectings & then the starter solenoid or the entire
starter

All of the electrical checking will be near impossible to do
yourself ,if you have no basic knowledge with a volt meter
or vehicle work,then only a repair shop,neighbor or family
member could help you

Your pump is controlled by the pcm using a 12 volt signal to the relay. Pull out the relay and probe the relay socket with a voltmeter. There should be 2 terminals with 12 volts when the key is on. With the key off, there should be one 12 volt terminal coming from the ecm b fuse. See top left of diagram below.

Normally fuse blows off if more current passes through it than what it is designed for.

Probably it is worth checking what original fuel pump fuse amps requirements and have the same installed.

Also check the relay if there is a relay set for the fuel pump.

Crank no start could be
1. Fuel inertia switch ( passenger side kick panel )
2. Fuel pump relay or fuse ( fuse replaceable relay is built into the fuse panel )

3. Most common for crank no start is the FPDM ( Fuel Pump Driver Module ) on the cross member by the spare tire.
Lower the spare, and check to see if the module is cracked.
This is what mine looked like on my 2006, the housing was cracked, but the PCB was still good ( I did not have a problem yet )

The cable on the right side of the picture is the spare tire lift, and the picture is taken facing the front of the truck.

it doesn't have a fuel pump relay it has a fuel pump control unit and it is located on the chassis back quarter drivers side near the tube cross member for chassis on top of chassis rail near bed mount. locate the rear springs front perch and it will be above that on top of rail.

Check for a fuses& relay box under hood on drivers side fender area. Look underside of cover for map.

ask hundai if there is a main relay. These are often the cause of this kind of problem and normally reside under the dash.
This is common in Honda, Accura, toyota and huyndai.
Replace main relay or take it apart and resolder all connections.

It appears that it is part of the fuel pump circuit, so I would concentrate on wiring harness & connector at fuel pump, clean it real good, and apply dielectric grease to the connection, as well as the fuel pump relay, connector & harness.
