Did it used to be a police vehicle? There is a chance that when the police equipment was removed from the vehicle that something was unplugged that shouldn't have been. If you are not very mechanical I would suggest finding a competent mechanic to take a look at it.

The problem is that it was working good until i unplugged the battery (+) for a day after when i plugged back in the climate system wasnt working. I try pressing in the scren but it wont turn on. I dont know if maybe its a wire that got loose or un pluged. Cause i checked the back fuses and they look ok

Take your vehicle to the garage who would inspect the car circuit.

SOURCE: climate control not working

I had the same problem on my 2004 GMC Yukon XL.
Still under warranty the shop was able to reprogram the climate control system and tell what was wrong rather quickly with a OBD computer.
That’s when they found both of the climate control (driver and passenger) side actuators were bad and the control unit that tells the actuators where they should be was also bad.
The truck was in the shop with most all the dash, seats, consol, and steering wheel out for a week. The cost was over $1200.00.
That has seamed to fix the problem. Good Luck.

SOURCE: a/c heater climat control switch

Check the relais module located inside under the rh side of the heather box you can see the connector most of them need to be replaced as they burn out you may need to replace the blower motor as well, high amp draw caused by faulty bearings will overload the blower motor controller

SOURCE: My rear defroster stopped working.

Check to see that the wires that connect to the rear window are indeed intact...then you will need to look at the lines in the window to be sure none of then are broken...to go further, you will need a voltmeter...hook up the voltmeter across the two leads that connect to the window and turn on the system to see if it delivers 12 volts to the window...if so then the connections are either bad or the wires inside the glass are open

Where is fuse box on 2011 dodge charger?

There are two fuse boxes. The first, called the Integrated Power Module, is in the engine compartment. The second, called the Rear Power Distribution Center, is in the trunk under the spare tire access panel.

I have an 2011 dodge charger, the radio and screen doesn't come on. Please help me with this problem.

You should have an owners manual in the Flovent box. Search in the index for fuses. There should be a couple for the radio circuit. Locate and check all the fuses for the radio. If none of the radio fuses are blown than the problem may be a little more serious, possible a bad radio unit.

Lights or fuse for my speed odemeter guage and heater/air conditioning system

These lights for the dash are controlled by a rheostat instrument control dimmer switch next to the main light switch for the headlights, it is either turned off (have seen this dozens of times) or it is defective. Below is a picture of the switch assembly I speak of. The thumb wheel next to the knob is the dimmer control.

Turn signal fuse blows out immediately.... fuse also control heater a/c controls and blower

You've got a short somewhere. This means that a live wire is touching metal, and the electricity is going there instead of where it is supposed to. If you can see underneath the dashboard, you MAY be able to see a loose wire hanging down and looking as if it shouldn't be where it is,,,If you cant find it, then I suggest you get an Auto Electrician to check it out for you. The turn signal is essential, because without it , the other cars on the road will not know where you area going, and you could cause an accident. If you are stopped by the Police for, say, a Random Breath Test, you will be fined, and the car will get a defect notice, meaning it can't be driven until it is fixed and inspected by the Police. So you can see it is a serious problem, not to mention the fact that you have no air-conditioner...
