Drain filter no water present clear code but code returns
Assuming your vehicle is a diesel. Please do not put anything other than diesel or recommend flushes in the fuel system. You may still have some water in there but flush it through again with diesel. You may also have a failed wif ( water in fuel) sensor or wiring fault.

Some diesels have a water trap as well as a fuel filter in the fuel line, check the drivers manual or trace the fuel line back to the tank.

It is still "smelling"water. flush system with part methylated spirit and water I think 10litre water to 1 litre methylated from memory.

If it is not making any cranking sound at all, it is probably a battery problem. Could be loose or corroded terminals. It it still has the original battery, it is probable that the batter is bad.(5 years old) If you can jump start it, take it to a battery place. Be CAREFUL to get the jumper cables on correctly. A reverse connection could be disastrous.

Take it to a Holden dealer and get them to run a scan on the car with their diagnostic equipment which may throw up more fault codes. Once established the cause of the codes needs to be identified before you can see what needs to be repaired or replaced. It is most likely a common problem which they have seen many times on other Cruze vehicles.
