    Water pump is good?

  • Majdi Salahat Apr 22, 2019

Water pump is good, car doesn't overheat even with AC blowing. I haven't changed anything yet but I'm thinking about changing the fan switch relay because I read something about that.

SOURCE: My E320 AC blower doesn't work

The blower motor and blower motor resistor need to be checked and replaced if one is good and the other bad it is stil a good idea to replace both at the same time, the resistor controls the power to the blower motor. it will be one or the other but replace both .

SOURCE: CHANGING THE HEADLIGHT ON AN E320 MBZ

It pretty straight forward of you open the hood and look at the back of the headlamp. You see a metal clip right where the wiring harness plugs into the back of the lamp. Just take a common screw driver and pop the clip out (be careful you don't pop the clip down into oblivion as it does tend to spring out with a bit of force.) The clip is held in place by two star headed screws. You do not need to mess with these, just pop the clip out from under the screw head. I assume it will say something to this effect when you buy the new bulb but be sure not to touch it directly with your skin as the oils in your skin will shorten the bulb's life considerably.

SOURCE: My heater and AC blower not working. Please help

In the fuse block, under the hood on top of the fender. Locate fuse #35 it's 40amp fuse for the blower moter. If the fuse is ok,there is another
common problem you can check. The blower moter resistor assembly,
located under the dash on right side. With a 12v test light check for
power to the blower moter from the resistor. If you have no power to the
moter, replace the resistor assembly. If niether of these works, I'll need
to know if you have climate control or manual control hvac. And for some reason, the wheel base. long wb or short wb. to dig any deeper.
But I hope one of the causes I've mentioned will cure the problem.
Good luck.

04 mazda b2300 cab heater not blowing hot air

Get the engine and coolant to operating temperature. The upper hose to the radiator should NOT get warm over time, but should get HOT when the thermostat opens. If it warms, then it is leaking and allowing coolant to bypass, and you won't get full heat.
Once warm, check BOTH hoses to the heater core, on the passenger side, the 5/8-3/4" diameter pair. BOTH should get too hot to keep touching. If only one is hot or warm, your heater core is likely clogged or plugged, and restricting coolant flow. Flushing may help, and if not, replacement should cure that problem. tom

04 ford explorer heater blows cold coolant does not circulate

Number 12 is heater control valve. Number 11 is vacuum line, full vacuum and the valve will shut off coolant flow. I can't say the valve is the problem? Maybe the heater core needs to be flushed? When you say coolant doesn't flow, you mean through heater core?

I don't get any heat when I turn my heater on.

Is the coolant full ? What year an make an model vehicle ? Are the heater hose's going inside through the fire wall hot to the touch ? What condition is the coolant , does it look like a muddy color. GM dexcool coolant turns a muddy rust color , in fact that's what it is ,an It clogs radiators , heater cores , coolant passages in the engine etc.... An some vehicles have a control valve ,or some call it a hot water valve under the hood in the engine compartment . These valves are in the heater hose and are vacuum controlled . These valves do go bad an the hot water isn't allowed to go through the heater core .

Ac reset for e320

Your Climate control unit may have to be reset. The reset works as follows: With the key in the ignition and in posistion 2 push both the defrost button and the recirc button (at the same time) for five seconds or untill the led lights in those buttons begin to flash. Wait for 30 seconds or untill the led's stop flashing. Switch off the ignition. Check the evaporator temp sensor and pressure sensor for correct functionality.

03 jetta heater

Hi!
Looks like a classic air lock scenario! you need to perform a system bleed.
Park vehicle on level ground, when cold remove coolant filler cap. Start engine and leave to idle, turn heater to hot blower on full.
When at operating temp stand clear of coolant filler area, listen/watch hopefully gurgling and a boil over, top up when settled with very warm water/coolant, wait as it may do it a couple of times. Check for heat inside vehicle if hot and coolant settled replace cap but watch temp gauge for a while as another air lock may be in the system.
Please press the Blue button when sorted!
