depends on type of blazer if full size or an s-10 to have a body shop do it also varies do to hourly labor cost amount of prep and type of materials -base/clear coat -enamel and such .call a local body shop and ask about an estimate

on the inside front of door between window and post is a panel take panel off and you will find the bolts

If windows are electric, check switch and replace if needed.
Check window motors wiring connections. If motors are bas, replace as needed.
If manual, window could be off track or cranking mechanism may be broken. Replace as needed.
If light fuses are good, replace bulbs to the lights.

Check for power on the small wire on the alternator plug. If it has power than you might of just got a bad alternator.

It's called a rear quarter panel and should extend from the rear of the back door to the tailgate and from the window to the bottom of the truck. It should be available from the dealer or most auto parts stores. The dealer will cost more but it will be heavier steel than the aftermarket. Aftermarket ones can normally be bought in sections. You don't necessarily need to buy the whole panel.They should have a book that shows the panels so you can pick what you need.
Use the new panel to mark out your cut marks on the old one. Just remember to cut inside your marks so that you have a lip to fasten the new panel to and fasten the new panel on the inside of the old one. Hope this helps.

It is likely your switch, GM switches go bad all the time. The easiest way to test this is to pull off the door panel and hook two wire directly to the motor.

hi its rob was it running befor u replaced the pump if its petrol take out the spark plugs maken sure not to mess up the timeing give them a clean .if its deizil prime the system o open the injectors

start by checking the fuses

you should be able to access those bulbs from inside the engine compartment... you will likely have to remove the battery if it's on that side... the connector generally turns about a quarter turn to remove it. do not touch the bulb itself as that will shorten it's lifespan.
