It is always in the intake before the throttle body, sometimes in the plastic ducting hose leading into the intake airhorn. look for wires coming from the unit in this area, you should be able to track it down easily... please rate my help. thanks

The MAF is right at the airbox where the air filter is (look for an electrical connection), the MAP is likely tapped off of your valve cover or an adjacent line. Look for a air line comming off of any part of the fresh air intake and follow it (if you find somthing with a tube going into it and only an electrical connector then you've found it). MAP's are usually not used unless the car is turbo (interesting this has one). It should look like this:

Audi A4 b5 1.8t -2001 map sensor location please

It doesn't have a MAP.
It uses a MAF.

I think on a B5 the MAF is located in the air box (where the air filter is).

Location of map sensor for 94 f250xl 4.9 straight 6

Not thinking it HAS a MAP sensor. It has a MAF sensor in the air cleaner duct tube connection. Some engines,a little newer, had MAP sensors AND MAF sensors. The MAP sensors were near or on the EGR valves. don-ohio

Locating MAF on 2001 alreo

Honda's do not use a mass air flow (MAF) sensor. They use a manifold air pressure (MAP) sensor. The MAP sensor measures vacuum vs the MAF sensor measuring air flow/temperature. No real reason to clean a Honda MAP sensor. Are you having engine performance/idle problems? --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Map sensor location

Located on top cylinder on transmission side. The MAP sensor is located either directly on the intake manifold or it is mounted high in the engine compartment and connected to the intake manifold

What could be a problem with engine trouble code 17549 skoda fabia 1.4mpi

Iits a code that's flagged when the MAF / MAP read different values to what the ECU expects.Possible causes are Maf sensor, Map sensor or Vacuum leak. From experience, it's almost always the Maf sensor.

Map sensor

this year doesn't use a MAP sensor, it uses a MAF sensor, 2 very different parts that do very much the same thing in diff ways, and that is measure airflow into the engine, the MAF is located in the air intake hose to the engine, see picture below.

P 107 is not MAF - (Mass air flow sensor), that code comes up as MAP (manifold absolute pressure ) sensor. ?

Where are the map and maf sensors located on a 1990 r2500 suburban?

your vehicle has a MAPS and not a MAFS, the MAPS will be passenger side of the intake manifold, above the valve cover and mounted on a bracket
