I have a 03 ford ranger 3.0L flex fuel. Won't accelerate. Step on the gas and it just bogs.backfires no power and won't idle. IAC New .cam, crank sensors all new. Fuel pressure is 55 psi. Thank you.

It sounds like a clogged catalytic converter .
From what you said you have checked all the right things and did the right tests and it all sounds good.
But if the exhaust gas can't get out the engine will not run over 20 to 30 miles an hour .
And you wouldn't get a code its like sticking a potato in the tail pipe.

How do I fix my car?

Code 340 is a cranking code for the cam sensor that's not working and the1391, it shows intermittent signal. Check the connections and change sensor, make sure it doesn't touch the cam. If your belt is old you should check it too. Good Luck

P1391 Intermittent Loss of CMP or CKP

check your cam position sensor or its connection and wiring

The crank position sensor or its wiring may be suspect as well.

Check the vacuum hose that goes to the fuel pressure regulator. If the diaphragm
in the regulator develops a leak it will pump fuel into the manifold.

P1391 c0de 2002 dodge ram van no start

Code P1391 Loss of crank or cam sensors,P0340 No cam signal at the pcm. I would replace the crank sensor first. Your cam sensor is part of the dist. on 5.2/5.9 engines.
Hope that helps.
