SOURCE: Winshield washer motor does not run
These days, most windshield washer pumps are mounted to the bottom of the washer fluid reservoir. Where’s that, you ask? Well, you know that spout you pour the fluid into—the one that disappears into nowhere? Well, the reservoir is actually located inside the front fender between the bumper and the front wheel. To replace the pump, you will have to jack up the vehicle, remove the front wheel and then remove the inner fender liner.

Normally all fusebox are properly labelled (labelled as washer or accessories) But to be sure, you can check all the fuse for busted ones, by running a continuity test for each of the fuses, using a multi-tester. Set the multi-tester to Ohms 1 x 10 or 1 x 100. Take the fuse one at a time and put the probe one to each fuse contacts. The reading should be
zero for good one and no movement for busted ones.
