Running way rich (to much fuel) Have you had the MAF sensor checked? I would also check to see if the fuel pressure regulator is operating correctly, if it's "stuck" then your pressure is way to high and that would also lead to running rich. Is the return line from the fuel rail to the gas tank open? If that's blocked/ kinked or otherwise restricting fuel flow that could give you a to rich running condition. Don't forget about the o2 sensors, but sounds like your not even getting into closed loop yet. post more details if you can
O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 should actually be read as: O2 sensor, bank 1, sensor 1. Meaning the first oxygen sensor (O2 sensor #1) on cylinder bank #1 (it's a Honda inline 4 -cylinder engine, so it only has one bank of cylinders; a V6 or V8 engine would have tow banks arranged in a V shape) needs to be replaced. The oxygen sensor will be threaded into the exhaust near where the manifold (or possibly threaded in at the manifold itself) with some wires coming out of it. In the photo, the O2 sensor is labelled as the air/fuel ratio sensor.

that code is from having the plugs wires reversed as you did and the o2 senors regrsitered the overload on gas emmions once you remove the battery cables for about 5 minutes and then recconect and run the engine it should be okay
remove the battery for half an hour, then reconnect it and the ecu should reset. After turning on ignition wait till all clicking and whirring stops before starting it, and check you havent dislodged the airflow meter connector on the airfilter when you did the o2 sensor, as this, or an intake air leak, is more likely to cause a stumble than the o2 sensor.
