2002 Dorman won't back up wen it's in reverse

Check your linkage bushing. Those tend to break, very cheap fix, Dorman makes a replacement.

May need a new tranny but I would try new fluid and filter change and one of the good additives. What is mileage? If it was shifting good before it sat unused for so long fluid and cleaning additive probably do the trick. When was last time fluid changed

ur linkage come un clipped from the rod that goes into the transmission or ur bands need adjusted if its a clutch bleed the clutch

It sounds like a linkage in steering column or at transmission has come undone or broken. You should be able to see the arm that comes down from the steering column to the transmission if you crawl under with a light. That's could be an an easy fix, but getting in the steering column is best left to professionals. Hope that helps.

advance auto parts sells this. should be a dorman part number 902-302. Its called engine coolant outlet flange

It will not matter.the window will either go up or down.reverse the wires if it's backwards.
