2003 BMW 325xi won't start, dashboard and radio turn on; the battery was replaced last week.
Noticed two days ago that when starting the car, there was a hesitation as if the battery was dying.
Cannot be because as said earlier the battery was replaced and also yesterday the Towing assistant
tested it and battery was good. However, he was also unsuccessful starting the car. What can be
the problem?
My 2003 325xi died on the highway a few weeks ago, and I thought it was the battery. It turned out to be the alternator, which was an expensive problem to repair. If your battery is new, it could be the alternator, or a problem with the electrical system. I find the BMWs to be too complicated electrically, which often leads to problems! I'd check your alternator...
It could either be the starter or the alternator.
If the battery is still giving enough voltage, then it is not the alternator. When you have a bad alternator it sucks the battery power.
Either NO fuel or NO spark !!
