You sometimes have to put something between the cage and the motor and tap on the shaft. Often times the cage breaks apart. Soaking the shaft with WD40 or other product may help break it loose.
two things are possible here. is the a/c fan working or not. this would mean you are not getting the cooling while setting still but are while moving. also you could be low on freon charge and this will happen. if this helps please reply and good luck
