Push clutch pedal down goes to the floor.
put into gear but no t engageing no movement.of ute how can i fix this
If hydraulic actuated mechanism, loss of fluid, defective master cylinder or slave cylinder at the clutch. Missing pin or other part between slave cylinder and clutch arm. Loose or broken slave cylinder mounting. Missing pin or broken part between pedal and master cylinder. If mechanical linkage, look for broken components or missing pins at moving joints. If you tried to shift into gear with engine running, you may have damaged the transmission gears.
The master cylinder is on the firewall (the metal panel between you and the engine) just in front of the clutch pedal assembly. On some cars, the clutch M cylinder is combined with the brake master cylinder in one wide casting, but have separate lines coming off. Trace the line from the clutch MC down to the slave cylinder. The first thing to check is the fluid level in the clutch master cylinder--no fluid, no clutch action. If it has a fair amount of fluid, watch the slave cylinder while someone pushes the clutch pedal. You should see a rod push out of the cylinder toward a lever sticking out of the engine rear case (the bell housing) which contains the actual clutch. If no motion is detected, there may be a faulty valve within the master cylinder which must be repaired or replaced. I'm not sure if this helps. You may need the services of a mechanic to fix this.
