I have a 96 c280 and the center miror has red and green lights on

Sounds like the master switch is not plugged in properly, this is the switch in the driver's door.

push the mirror full right by hand it will make a stripping noise don't worrie it will center the mirror hope this helps CJ

i do not know but give these websites a try www.autozone.com and www.alldatadiy.com if all fails stop by your local library and get your hands on a Haynes auto repair manual for your car wish you the best of luck Michigan Man. you can also stop by you local dealership in the parts department and they will print off a diagram for you too.

That's your security system either activating or deactivating. It usualy stops after a couple of minutes.

it is either the low pressure switch or the relay

pull out the small speaker out bt gentle dont brake the frame and take nut holder nut out with socket or wrench and pull the miror out slowy till see the connector come out ..disconnect ..connect the new miror cable and with the miror togethar and screw back and ready to go..

your owner manaul has it. your fuse cover should have chart too.
