There is condensation that occurs when the warm, humid air passes over the evaporator in the system. This is the part that produces the cold air inside by removing the heat through a process of evaporation. The water collected is allowed to run out of the assembly through a drain that protrudes through the firewall of the vehicle. I believe this is plugged. Look for hole on the firewall insulating material that has a small, black tube coming out of it. It won't be real long, just enough to stick out past the firewall. Use a short piece of coat hanger, drill bit, etc... to clean it out. DO NOT push anything in there more that 2-3 inches to avoid damage to the heater core or evaporator. If it's too plugged, the dash will have to come apart. I hope this works for you.

Wet passenger floor board/2004 Envoy

The moisture drain for the air conditioner is there. When it plugs up, excessive humidity removed by the A/C will leak out onto the floor board.

Air conditioner leaks on floor

Sounds like the outside drain is stopped up.
There should be a tube coming out of the firewall near the passenger floor.

Water leaking into passenger and drivers side floor boards?

If it is coolant, your heater core is leaking and will need to be replaced, If it is water, you probably have a plugged drain for your air conditioner evaporator coil.

Air conditioner drain is clogged

If it is truly a plugged drain... there is a hose that exits under the car near where your feet would be, but a little forward of that. it looks like a 1 inch hose sticking out with nowhere to go. gently poke a coat hanger into that, but not too far or too hard. You may damage the heater core or evaporator. If there is debris, you will see it on the hanger or you will dislodge it and the drain will be clear.

Air conditioner leaks into passenger floor board

If it is just clear water it is the drain tube that might be plugged, u can see the tube from underneath the car, it may have dirt in it. if it is sticky or orange or green it is coolant and that would indicate a heater core leak. The heater core is is what allows you to have cabin heat. If it is coolant the 1st thing i would try is a tube of powdered alumaseal, you can get it at any auto part store. DO NOT USE BARS LEAK OR ANY OTHER PELLET STOP LEAK, as they very rarely help and more often than not they clog up other areas in the cooling system, the Alumaseal is a silver powder made from aluminum and adhesives that works amazingly well.
