Question about 2006 Honda Odyssey
This is a protection feature to prevent disabling the alarm, if you have no means of stopping it with a keyfob, then disconnect the battery ground and reconnect it, that usually resets stuff to where you need it. check your manual first and make sure that I am not giving you wrong info on your battery as some are hooked up weird and have buttons and clips to get to do this stuff. (AKA BE CAREFUL!)
