Change oil alarm still flashing after i changed the oil twice

Are you sure that is what it means? It may indicate that your oil needs changing???

Insert the ignition key into the ignition and turn it to the "Run" position.

Push the accelerator pedal all the way down to the floor and release it three times within 5 seconds.

Look to see if the "Oil Change" light is flashing. It will flash twice to confirm that the system has been reset. If it does not do this, start over with Step 1.
Tips & Warnings
Repeat the steps above if the oil change light stays on for 5 continuous seconds. This means that the system was not reset.

I would ask Firestone what they did.

This work at 2001, but you could try it:
To reset the "CHANGE OIL" light, turn the ignition switch to the run position with the engine off. Fully depress and release the accelerator pedal three times within 5 seconds. The light will flash twice and go out.

it sounds like a broken wire to the sensor

iI you mean 'how to turn change oil light off" go to fuse panel. Open drivers door there is a panel cover on the side of dash board, remove cover there is a red RESET button that resets oil pressure and tire pressure. Turn the ignition key to the on position but don't start the car. Now press and release the reset button the change oil light should start to flash, now press and hold the reset button until you hear chimming hold until chimming stops then release, the change oil light should go off. If you need to reset tire pressure press reset button twice, the first push will make the change oil light flash the second press will make the tire pressure light flash then hold untill chimming stops, light should go out . Hope this helps.

It is possibly flashing because there is still too little oil or too much oil.

Try removing the Positive battary cable from the battery post.Wait a few minutes. Re-connect it and see if this helps.

these setting can be changed with a Hy-Scan at any hyundai dealersip.

Turn the ignition to the "ON" position. with the engine NOT running. With the ignition in the "ON" position press the gas pedal down to the floor 3 times within 5 seconds. The light should flash twice. If it doesn't you need to try resetting it again.
