Check the position of the selector switch, maybe its not far enough in its selection. Unless you have news paper or something jammed in it, that the only reason why it should not work.

Look in the front dashboard. You should have vent controls (2-3 buttons).. Press a couple while your air is running... If it doesn't blow air, your vent hose might have been removed or are clogged
Usually a sign of a faulty blend door or problem with the control on the dash. The blend doors direct air thru the heater and ac then thru the selected vent outlets.
Possible that the fuse has blown of the blower motor, the blower motor has failed or the switch has failed. If the blower unit has not been removed for cleaning for a long time, it is now needed to be done. Once you find the voltage to the blower absent the line can be traced or else the blower motor has failed.
the blend door actuator is bad. there about 70 dollars at ford. make sure you hook up the actuator and put the control on defrost before you bolt it on the air box or you will brake the blend door.
the next thing to check would be the selector motors, these motors are what move door to get floor or defrost or vent air and also hot/cold air, look under the dash try to find them, there bolted to heater box,there are 3, locate one by one then move every control and watch to see linkage move find the one that doesnt move and thats your problem, hope this helps.heres a picture to help you know what it looks like.
