What do you mean? same as any car with plugs, only thing I suggest is get a plug wire removal tool so you don't damage the wires and yo have to use dielectric grease on the end of the plug boot to keep electrical spark from jumping to the motor. Other than that it is straight foward. Be sure to get the correct gap for the pulgs and gap them I find gaps to be off 80% of the time.
Follow plug wires to side of head 4 on each side do one at a time so you dont get the wires messed up find the gap needed for the plug use some anti sieze on plug threads this shoud be it good luck

SOURCE: Changing spark plugs
it is possible to remove sleeves but if they are stuck on plug you WILL bend them up pretty good.as long as you can get em back on snug enough to protect plug wire boot, who cares if they're a lil beat up.good luck
