If Nothing happens Find the starter relay an jump pin's 30 & 87 , if nothing is wrong with starter , battery , battery cables it should spin the engine . Is your vehicle automatic transmission or stick ? Automatic has a neutral safety switch , won't let vehicle engine spin unless in park or neutral . First you have test the circuit to find out if it's shorted or an open circuit ! Do you have DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? You can buy a cheap one for $10.00 - 15.00 at auto parts store . It is located on the throttle body...usually back side. The diagram can usually be looked at from your local Auto Zone or Advance auto dealer. They sometimes have books that are already opened or will show you on the computer. The other place that this can be obtained is at the library. Good luck.
When facing the engine compartment, the pcv valve will be located on the right end of the valve cover. It threads into the cover and will have a rubber hose attached also.
