I have a Jaguar 2L X type diesel, my problem is that the car has a slight jerking/juddering when driving. The engine management light is not illuminated and there seems to be plenty of power there when accelerating.

Have a mechanic look at it. Sounds like a oil cooler or turbo charger gone bad.

Right try this ,disconnect the battery and join the leads together and leave for a while ,say 20 mins then try again but leave the mobile phone turned off and keep it away from the centre consol .The mobile phone signal can and does interfere with the electronics on this model ,long story but it does

You have a misfire,the camsensor code appear as logic,due to the misfire, replace ignition coil

It could be a damaged ignition coil but the first thing to do is a diagnosis to see what king of error makes the light come on.

This sounds like your fuel pump is failing or has a plugged filter. Check the filter by removing and blowing through it. If it doesn't blow through like straw with slight resistance, replace it. Let me know.

try disconnecting the battery and joining the leads together leave for half hour and try again ,Seems to be common fault on these cars with teh computer and i have no idea whats causing it to do this but i do know that joining the leads together clears the fault sometimes

Sounds like you have a current drain on the battery even when switch off. With the ignition off put a ammeter between the negative lead and the negative terminal of the battery and measure the current drain. If detected now remove and reinsert each fuse in turn noting the change in current flow. By this process you will isolate the offending circuit. Interior glove-box or trunk lights can be the very devil since like a fridge light you can never tell if they go off when they should.

you have a split pipe possibley coming of the manafold to the coolers

I have a 2006 Jaguar 2006 which has been serviced recently. The problem I have is when I get to 65 mph plus, the car starts juddering. This is not through the steering wheel and I have had the wheels balanced and aligned. Any ideas ?
