You may want to check your coil packs or distributor. Sounds like moisture is gettin in there. Im a mechanic just had the same problem with a 93 crx

I have 2005 I changed the starter and battery good but it still won't start

First does it crank, if it does then check to see if the fuel injectors are getting fuel.....could be a fuel pump...

second....if there is nothing when you turn the key and the battery is good and the starter was replaced...it could be a bad ground.....thats the ground coming off your battery and goes to your chassis of the car.........let me know how you make out.

I have a 2004 dodge ram, it had a 5.7 liter hemi in it and when the weather is cold it wont start, it will roll and roll but wont kick but when its warm out it will start within seconds, whats wrong?...

the first thing to check is the temperature sender to computer output.
if thevco.mputer thinkd its 80 degrees when in facrlt its 20 deg. outside...the fuel mixture will be two lean.
an easy test...squirt a spray of carb cleaner into the intake...replace inletvhosre...try to start ....if it fires right up....means mixtures too lean....check for cracked vacuum hoses..previously mentioned temp sender signal.....and the simple things..
how old are spark plugs...and change fuel filter yearly...

04 dodge ram 5.7 hemi wont start unless you step on eccelerator

Check your idle air control motor. It isn't starting because your not getting air going into the motor, when you press the accelerator it allows air to enter so the engine starts.

2004 dodge ram 2500 5.7 hemi when driving it stalls out wont start again until you let it sit for over a day

Sounds like a coil problem, I don't know how the ignition systems work in the hemi's but your coil could be overheating.
