The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. When the battery goes completely flat, or is disconnected, you just need to reset the Security System which is done via the Remote Fob.

If you have an owners manual, there should be a discussion of fuses in the electrical section. Most fuse boxes also ID the circuit and its fuse value inside or outside the cover. Another way to find the blown fuse is manually. Pull out the fuses one by one and look at it. If it is whole, it is good. If the connection is burned, replace it with a like fuse. Replacement fuses available at fine auto parts stores everywhere.
Remember to put the fuse back into the same socket as you pulled it out of. Most cars have extra sockets so put it in the correct socket.
