Double check your wires firing order. Did you change the distributor cap and coil wire? Check your oil level.
I would suggest calling the police at this point .
if you are referring to the firing order is missing then you need to understand the firing order in which makes it run properly 1st understand the firing order you most definitely have a wire in the wrong order find in the block itself it should be raised or just stamped on the intake manifold or the block itself example 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2 or like that ...locate the #1 piston usually the right front or left front cylinder then understand the distributor cap order of rotation and the #1 terminal on it ....it turn either clockwise or counterclockwise then follow and connect #1 with #1on the distributor and follow the order to that extent of firing order to that of the rotation of the rotor making sure to follow every one of them to its proper location from point a being the plug wire to point b being on the distributor cap this will remedy you issue .......as well make sure all the plug wires are fully onto the plug itself and they are not laying against the manifold someplace causing them to burn through or arch !

Was truck missing before tune up parts were changed?
If yes check for bad fuel injector or no pulse at injector.
The possible list is.....in order of probability....
Bad plug.
Bad wire.
Bad cap...if present.
Bad rotor...if present.
Bad coil....if coil per cyl.
Crossed wires.
Bad module.
Bad injector.
No compression.
Bad computer.

3.9L V6 Engine. Engine Firing Order: 1-6-5-4-3-2. Distributor Rotation: Clockwise.............did i guess the right motor? let me know/rate me
SOURCE: location of spark plugs for a 03 explorer ( v8 4.6l )
Most likely does not have wires. It should have coil packs on the plugs. If it does have wires, should be the 1st cylinder on the drivers side of the engine in a V6, rear cylinder on passenger side of the V8.

Since you didn't state whether it is a V6 or V8, I'll give you both.
V6 -4.3Liter
Firing Order is 1-6-5-4-3-2
Distributor rotor turns Clockwise
Number 1 spark plug tower on distributor cap, faces the front of the engine.
->Drivers side, spark plug order in engine, starting from the Front going back:
1-3-5
->Passenger side, spark plug order in engine,
starting from the Front going back:
2-4-6
If it's Electronic, the distributor cap has a Left side, (Drivers side), and a Right side, (Passenger side)
Starting from the Front, going back on the Left side,
3-1-5
Starting from the Front going back on the Right side,
2-4-6
V8-5.0, 5.7, and 7.4Liter
Firing Order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2
Distributor rotor turns Clockwise
Number 1 spark plug tower on distributor cap,
faces Front, towards the Drivers side.
Electronic distributor cap has two sides. Drivers, (Left), side and Passenger, (Right), side.
Starting from Front going back on Drivers side,
1-7-3-5
Starting from Front going back on Passenger side,
8-2-4-6
Spark plug order in engine, starting from Front going back, Drivers side:
1-3-5-7
