2006 GMC Envoy XL 4.2 tensioner pulley was making a clicking noise once a while and replaced it but still making it. I notice the fan was moving and I can move it up and down and left and right at lease a 1/2 to 3/4 inch ( alot of movement) like it can fall off. How do you replace it???

There's a second fuse box under the back seat on driver's side.
SOURCE: 2006 GMC Envoy XL gas gauge reads empty
The sulfur content in the fuel is contaminating the contacts of the sending unit.
Some people have had good luck with some fuel system cleaners solving this problem. The cheap stuff doesn't seem to do the job.
Not that GM isn't completely exonerated from fault but the gas stations don't do a very good job of watching what the stations sell.

Rear fuse box is under the seat bottom, rear seat (middle row) on the driver's side. There is a plastic cover over the top of it that snaps into place.
SOURCE: I need to replace a serpentine belt on a 2001 GMC
it is decieving. if the tensioner has an extension of about two inches from the base, it takes a 15 mm to lift it, be easy, make sure the wrench is not going to touch anything as you release it after taking the belt off
SOURCE: 2002 gmc envoy xl front wheel bearing assy replace
take the wheel off, take the axle nut off, disconnect the spindle from the ball joint or joints, take the tie rod end out of the spindle and remove the spindle leaving the axle in the transmission. Now there is three bolts on the back of the spindle take theese out and beat the hub and bearing assy out. The new one wont be as hard to put in as the old one was to come out.
