I don't have a factory service manual, but I'd guess there are one or two more - a recirculation actuator, and possibly a defrost door actuator. If you have dual range temperature controls (driver and passenger separate), you have two blend doors.
Testimonial: "do the actuators have fuses that could be faulty? I'm trying not to go into the dash if i can help it."
I doubt that the actuators have individual fuses. They receive their power through the HVAC controller, and that unit would be fused. If any of the actuators are working (blend, mode, recirc, etc), your fuse is good. Use the following YouTube search, and look for guidance on replacing whichever actuator is not working.

I was told there were three or four? 1. Blend Door actuator 2. Mode door actuator. and 2 more??
Maybe On Some Vehicles Pamela but I'm pretty sure yours has One same as mine does.(To be 100% Positive) You can call any Auto Parts Store and ask them to price your blend door actuator. If you have more than one they will ask you which one?
Please let me know if I am wrong!!
Pamela. I just looked up the part for you. On Advanced Discount it shows three BUT I studied all three pictures and while they have different names it is because they have different manufactures.. They all three look identical and I believe they are the same. Just checked another parts place, same thing three different parts with three different manufactures and three different prices. 1 by A/C Delco $36.99, 1 by Dorman & 1 by Santech both $35.99 A/C Delco is OEM Chevy Parts
