Do you know how to view wiring diagrams an use a voltmeter to test automotive electrical circuit's ? Fuel gauge is a separate problem , has nothing to do with windows & locks . GM had instrument cluster problems , 2003 to 2006 . Bad stepper motors inside the cluster . These stepper motors control the gauge .

Do all the power windows an locks not work ? Checking power an ground for the driver main door switch would be a good place to start . Also wire's like to break inside the flex boot from the body to the driver's door , no battery power to main switch . But before jumping the gun , looking at a wiring diagram should be done , to see what all is involed in those systems . Free wiring diagrams here

Find the problem for one will fix both . Click the search button then the blue link. Looking at the diagram for power windows I see that electronic's are involved . Driver door module an BCM - body control module . The driver door module is part of the switch Assembly . Checking the orange wire for battery voltage to the door module is where i would start , no power , open circuit .
