Make sure your master cylinder and slave cylinder are operating. If the clutch hasn't been replaced in a while (or you have been especially hard on the clutch) it could just be worn out.

Sounds like you have a worn or misadjusted clutch, but if your clutch is self adjusting meaning a operated with hydraulic pressure (Brake Fluid) then you could have leaking slave cylinder that maybe wetting the clutch disc with brake fluid causing a slippage, or just a worn clutch, in which case you will need to inspect inside bellhousing...

My Nissan Navara is always burning the clutch plate. What could be the problem.

With out any other info. like ... did some one replace clutch and pressure plate??, if so ,did they put the correct side of disc plate to flywheel (there is a diff.), did they machine the flywheel surface???, did they replace pilot bush/bearing, throw bearing??? did the clutch get adjusted right (if adjustable) how many mill's before it burns up etc...etc...last i have to offer for >>>excessive clutch disc burning>>> i suggest you keep foot "off" clutch peddle until your going to shift learn how to drive a stick shift correctly , the little cars we have today only have a very small clutch disc in them and they don't tolerate much abuse before they burn up from "slipping" , good luck !!! <:0}

Gearshift sticks in park 2004 gt mustang 40th annv

Sounds like the interlock is out of adjustment. There is a switch on the brake pedal lever which sends a signal to release the shifter by reading the brake light signal. Often this switch gets hit by the Drivers feet and has either moved or broken. Your shifter will act up if the Ignition switch rod has slipped out of adjustment or if the ignition switch has slipped on its mount on the steering column.

2009 ford mustang v6, standard, will not accelerate, no matter in which gear I am in why?

Sorry old son but your clutch sounds like it has gone to the big junk yard in the sky reserved for dead clutches . When a clutch starts to slip it will continue to do so until that is all it will do . solution a new clutch is required .

Ford mustang was making a whine/ rattling noise while doing 20-60 mph then after driving 20 minutes she died at a stop sign, would start up fine in park, but died when we tried to shift,what is wrong

Automatic or stick ?
If its an automatic, it could be something in the torque converter or transmission. The torque converter clutch could be stuck.

Hard to shift into second, 2nd

Sounds like the clutch could be going, or the transmission has been beaten on an is getting bad. Try a new clutch first.

Drivetrain problems

you know some mustangs have an adjustment system on the clutch pedal, and might need adjustment, or if you install a rebuilt clutch instead of a new one some times they come unbalance and vibrate if you did just never again trust a rebuilt clutch kit
