What screw does when adjusting headlights?
Stand in front of your car with the hood open and look down on your headlight unit, you will see what looks like a cookie cutter wheel,there is an adjustment screw next to it.....this adjusts horizontal aim,left to right,which is indicated on the wheel.
Looking at the center and rear of the headlamp unit is the vertical adjustment screw.
The horizontal must be adjusted first.
On most vehicles, it's usually the screws with the long springs attached to them. Good Luck
