Beside the heater blower motor is a module bolted to the heater assembly. this module is called a resister, This is the device that limits power to the motor and is what controls heater speeds. simply replace this module and you should have speeds back. while changing the module make sure the connector is not melted or burnt. if it is, you will have to change it also.

'94 Silverado heat/ac fan not blowing. Hear clicking when selecting l,m, and high but not blowing

94 CHEVY Silverado ????,heat/ac fan not blowing. K1500?????? Hear clicking when selecting l'm, SET high but not blowing! WITH AIR OR NO A/C? FIRST IS FUSES, MAKE SURE THE BLOWER FUSE IS NOT BLOWN.
EASY NO? CHECK ALL FUSES FIRST. ON ALL ELECTRICS FAILING OF ANY KIND.
BAD FUSE, BAD WIRINIG , BAD CONNECTIONS. OR EVEN BAD RELAYS TO THE BLOWER OR BAD SWITCH BLOW.
THE OLD CARS , HAD A SPEED BLOW , RESISTOR BLOCK
THAT FAILS ON ALL SPEEDS BUT HIGH, SO ITS NOT THAT.
OWN A VOLT METER????
HERE IT IS, ANY OF THIS CAN FAIL THIS OLD
WE USES A VOLTMETER TO FIND THE POINT OF FAILURE.
A SHORTED BLOWER MOTOR CAN BLOW LEFT SIDE TOP
FUSABLE LINK.RIGHT FUSE BLOWN MAKES THE CONTROLLER DEAD.

Ok, may sound like a dumb question, but how do you know if its a blower motor resistor problem or just the blower/motor. Ive been reading solutions for problem on the A/C blower still blowing air but speeds...

The blower motor resistor is usually only switched into the circuit for the lower speeds and for the fastest speed the resistor is bypassed so I guess the motor needs to be replaced if it does not work in any position. However, sometimes the blower motor is not protected by a fuse but by an automatically resetting sealed circuit breaker usually located not far from the motor. The circuit breakers dont fail very often, If the fan works for a few seconds and then stops and then does the same thing several minutes later then the fan motor definitely needs replacing.

The airconditioner only works in my 2006 H3 when the car is physically moving over 25 mph. If it is going slow or idling there is no air coming from the blower/fan. When it does blow it is only on a low...

There is a HVAC relay and FUSE in the under hood fuse box, have you check both of these? If the blower works on any speed, the blower is good. You say it blows on lowest speed? The blower speed resistor is mounted on the blower housing. The HIGH SPEED BLOWER RELAY is mounted on the blower motor. You may have multiple problems but check fuses first, if all is OK, then a qualified repair shop will need to check further. You do NOT need the whole A/C system replaced. If it does blow cold, thats good, you just need the blower working.

Blower quit

Blower motor is likely bad if it doesn't work on any speed, if it works on only one speed then there is a resistor located by the blower motor that is bad each item should run around $30 at local parts store

1998 GMC Sierra pickup truck cabin fan problem

Your blower moter is under your glovebox and very easy to replace.I dont think thats your ploblem.I would pull off the dash.It will snap right off without breaking anything. Then pull out the part that holds the selector switch for the fan speed. Then you unplug that switch.Clean the copper contacts.Plug it back in.If everything works again like it should and did in my truck then it is either that switch that is bad or the wiring harness.I would replace that switch.
