SOURCE: fiddled with the fuses on my peugeot 206 to try
In my opinion you have incidently loosed a fuse during the checking which may be responsible for immobiliser or any other module. Be sure to disconnect the battery terminals and then recheck again all fuses and replace everyone that is bad and make sure that they are pushed right into their fuse sockets. There is another fuse box under the hood which is purely responsible for mains and ecu. Check that as well to be on safe side. I hope it will solve your problem. pls let me know if this was helpful to you.

There are two fuse boxes: One underneath the hood and other is inside your glove compartment. Check all the fuses inside the fuse box of glove compartment. Its responsible for all user controls, dials and cabin accessories.
