1st of all, turning over and cranking are both the same thing,,, you meant to say it would not start
if you have a preasure test port it willl be in the rail , at the begining or end, not in the hoses , some models do not have a test shradder port but if you go to autozone and for about $25 purchase a tester it comes with adapters to connect between the injection rail and the hose (after you disconnect it with the correct quick disconnect tool) it has a port on it for test purposes only not as a permanent add on

Shredder valve to test the fuel pressure should be on the fuel line just before the fuel injector assembly on top of the intake manifold behind the throttle body. You can see it from the drivers side and should be marked fuel line. Good luck and hope this help, keep me posted and i can try to describe where it is better. Harder to tell the show where it is LOL sorry.

replace the valve stem inner core or depress with small round device a couple times to possibly clear debris, also try to tighten the inner core stem.

Look on the back side of the engine just to the drivers side of the distributor. You will see the two fuel lines. The test port will be on the larger line. It usually has a black plastic cap over it.
