Pull old ash tray out twist lamp outputting new lamp in remount ash tray your done .MO

Look for a fuse labeled 'panel lamps' or 'inst cluster lighting' or something similar.

Could be a fuse. Check the interior firewall fuse box under the driver's side dashboard area. That's location of the fuse box. Probably wired in series....maybe wrong bulb replaced.

For the headlamp switch, you are out of luck unless you want to buy a headlamp switch.

Access the Climate control as follows:
1. Remove the steering column opening cover
2. Open the cup holder and ash tray
3. Remove the one center bezel retaining screw
4. Gently pry out on the center bezel to release the snap-clips and remove the center bezel.
5. The light bulbs can be accessed without removing the climate control from the center bezel

Use the directions that Profit International has for the device mounts, to remove the oval trim panel around the radio / hvac panel

Remove the 4 screws holding the HVAC panel on, and remove the bulbs from the back of the HVAC control panel.

This is assuming the bulbs are the reason. Does the glove box, Ash Tray & Engine compartment lamps work ?

undo battery remove dash bezel(cover) usually screwed and clipped in less than obvious places like above ash tray upside down remove 2 lg bolts slide out and unplug Hope they didn't get fancy with security codes and bolts!

Removal of the original unit is quite simple. Just remove the two phillips screws holding the cup holder in place and pull out the cup holder. Remove the two screws holding the ash tray in place and remove the ash tray. The entire front bezel on the dashboard can now be removed by grasping and pulling forward. It is held in just with clips at this point. Remove the leads from the auxilliary plug and cigar lighter. Using a socket set and a 10 mm socket, remove the two 10 mm bolts holding the head unit in place. Slide the head unit forward, disconnect the two flat wire connectors, the antenae, and the ground connection (requires 10 mm socket as well). The head unit can now be removed. Replacement head units direct from Dodge are VERY expensive as are repaired units which I haven't had very good luck with. Your best option is to try and find a used unit for a good price. Fitting an aftermarket system will be pricy and tricky as the original system utilized an external amplifier located in the panel behind the drivers seat (some models have other amp locations) and a component type speaker system. located where the ash tray is. Just below the ash tray compartment. Remove the ash tray' Then press down on the releae trim just below and a compartment pulls out. This gives access to fuses and relays located here.

For the owners manual, ebay is a good refernece for it and then would check with the dealership.
