2007 saturn vue , Replaced front rotor and caliper, 3 weeks later burned up again? Could it possibly be the hub bearing causing the problem?

I would say that the brake hose is collapsed inside, I've also had a bad proportion valve, but that was rare.

The caliper is not retracting properly to release the braking pressure. You need to have the calipers replaced.

Or, if you drive with your foot on the brake peddle, stop that. You are pressing on the brake and engaging the brake while driving.

SOURCE: 2004 Saturn VUE AWD V6 has a harsh grinding sound in front wheels

Have you checked your wheel bearings? When these go out you can get a harsh grinding noise. This sounds like that is what it might be. Does it happen when you are going fast/slow turning/going straight? I know you said it's inconsistent but the more info the better. However, if I had to bet, based on what you have already said, it's your wheel bearings. Let me know if you have further questions. Thanks for using FixYa!

SOURCE: left from brake caliper sticks at times wheel gets real hot

You brake HOSE may have deteriorated, and is not allowing fluidto drain out of the caliper piston. I found out after a piston, caliper, two disks. The wheel would LOCK UP it got so bad.

I replaced the pads on the 2007 Town and Country Touring and the caliper starting Burning.

It will not be the caliper burning.... If anything suspect the brake pads. There could be a few problems causing this. Upon installation, were the pads and slide assemblies cleaned and lubricated with synthetic brake grease? If not the pads may be sticking due to lack of lubrication. If lubrication was applied, there may have been some on the pad material and this is what is causing the burning smell. Did the calipers push back easily for installation of the pads or were they stiff? All these points can contribute to a hot smoking brake.

Got on highway last week car started shimming got home front wheel was burning hot replaced front caliber drove 120 miles fine now today have same promblem

You might want to have a mechanic take a look at your
master cylinder, especially if you replaced the brake caliper on the hot wheel. If you didn't replace the brake caliper on the hot wheel, you should do that first. They do go bad from time to time. They can get stuck in the on-braking position and drag and cause all that heat to build up. Shimmy was probably caused by a heat warped rotor.

What would cause the front brake to lock up other then the caliper

The rubber flex line that goes to the caliper could be collapsed internally letting the pressure to the caliper but not letting it return.

2006 Satrun Vue, experiencing a vibration wehn brakes are applied and then when brakes released a bit of vibration is felt at take of as well. The front rotors were replaced and turned since we have owned...

I would check the rear brakes drums, they may need to be turned. The front rotors may have warped again, with turning the rotors, it removes metal from the rotor which leaves the rotor with less metal to dissipate heat, and the rotor will warp again when they get hot.
