Broken window regulator inside door. You'll have to remove the door trim panel, remove the glass and then replace the regulator. The part is around $100.

SOURCE: the passenger side sliding door won't unlock

I assume it has power locks, so I would look inside the door for a bad door lock solenoid or linkage rod is off. If it is not power, I would look for a linkage rod being disconnected or broken

If it will not open or close using the remote and all other functions of the rmote work then it is likely to be the remote receiver inside the door behind the door liner. If it will not open or close using the handles the coupler may not be fastened that goes to the motor behind the right side liner. Or the motor may be bad. If you turn the doors off using the switch at the drivers left side and they still won't open or close check to see if the door is still on the rollers and not jammed up. The power motor may have gone bad or it may need to have the cable tension adjusted.

We have the same problem, just opposite doors - the passenger slider will close to 80%, but the driver still functions fine. There must be an easier solution than new wiring harness/motor??

How do you know if rear passenger sliding door on a 07 Toyota Sienna is off track?

Try an obvious thing first. Check the actual runner channels on the body of the vehicle aren't full of dirt and rubbish. I've been caught out by silly stuff like that!
This sounds like it might be an issue with the 'Automatic' part of the door. Does the Auto close still work? Something might have come loose inside the mechanism and is blocking the doors movement.
If the door was off it's tracks the door wouldn't sit right when closed and you would have trouble locking it. The door would look either twisted, where the door gap is wider at one end than the other, or it would sit further out at the top or bottom as you look down the side of the vehicle, where it's jumped out of its runners.

How to replace the exterior passenger side sliding door handle on a 07 Hyundai entourage

Open door and look for a rubber or to plastic round plug on the opposite side of Handel. Remove plug and it's either 10 mm nut or Allen head screw .loosen it it will stay in there but the first half of Handel (2inches) will pop off from outside. Nexxt li to t Handel as if you were opening it and slide it back while it's in open position. Repete same for installation
