I have a 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 V6. When the A/C is on it cycles. It has proper Freon. The cab gets hot like the Heater was on. Could a clogged fixed-orifice tube cause this? Are what?aruschel
If the compressor is cycling the problem is not the fixed orfice, it is very likely the temperature control blend door actuator has failed and the blend door is stuck in the heated air position. .

Assembly of converter to trans and then tunit to engine? The torque converter must engage and slide into the front pump. The seal is easily damamaged if not properly fitted.Once the trans is against the engine the converter can be slid forward to bolt the flex plste. There should not be more than approx. 1/4 inch between the converter and trans bell housing if the converter is properly mated to the trans. Good Luck, Ned.
