SOURCE: I am getting a misfire
I've got a 2002 Grand Prix GTP 3.8L Supercharged V6, nearly the same motor.
I had the exact same problem, misfire on Cyl. 5 and random/multiple misfire.
I replaced all the wires, plugs, coils, and even the ignition module. My next thought was either fuel or exaust.
Replaced my Cat. with a 2.5" ZZP downpipe, and the car ran alot better, but still had a tiny bit of hesitation over 4000rpms.
So i checked all the fuel injectors, and the #5 injector was bad.
To check, get an ohm meter, remove the injector connectors, and contact the 2 posts inside the injector. They should read between 12.4-14 or so.
Mine was at 11.2.
Replaced all the fuel injectors, and she runs like a champ

It could be your spark plugs or a coil. To see if it's a coil move the coil from #5 to #6 the miss will change to that cylinder with code p0306 and change #1 to #3 and see if it changes to p0303. If it does replace all the coils. You change all coil because if one or two go you know the rest are not far behind

all the codes you have are all related to the fuel trim, this problem needs to be looked at with a european capable scanner for futher tests sorry.

The problems you are describing indicate to me that you likely need to replace the coil pack that runs from the spark plugs ,and the plug wires end up at it.It also may be the spark plug wires, get a water bottle and spray the wires after dark and if you get a light show from them then replace them,if not, replace the coil pack.
