You have fuel and spark, but the fuel : air ration needs to be at 14.6:1 ratio to have the engine running smoothly and efficiently. In order to have this golden ratio. Mass air flow sensor, O2 sensor needs to be synchronized well with throttle valve position to cooperate with the Engine Control Module. Try to clean off all gums built up in your throttle valve very well is the first thing to do before addressing next steps.
Remover your IAC motor (idle air control) on throttle body and clean it well, especially the pintle, (pointed part) and hole (port) it came out of with throttlebody spray cleaner, then re-install & try it. If it's good for a while, then starts to do it again, replace the IAC. Quite often this will cause stalling, low idle etc, but will not store any trouble codes.
