I regrounded the battery and fuse box?
First you need to narrow down the problem. Electrical, fuel, timing or compression. Start by checking fuel pressure. Buy or rent a fuel pressure gauge and connect it to the fuel rail and see if u have at least 30psi. If u do, check spark at the ignition coils. If spark is present, check timing marks, if u can't get to them, do a compression check, If all cylinders are within spec, replace crankshaft sensor.
First we must check all the fuses and relays for the coils the fuel injection the pcm and ignition switch and anything related to spark,fuel ,engine controls I don't know what you mean by regrounded the battery and fuse box ,the power distribution box is all positive power coming into it if you grounded it you blew every fuse in it and fried the pcm ,cleaning the battery ground is ok ,and did the no start condition happen before or after you did whatever you did ? I going to assume that you didn't ground the power distribution box to the body or engine and you used the wrong term in your description but if you did you better have a lot of room on your credit card ,the pcm is over $1,200 alone plus programming at the dealer and the tow truck to get it there so I can only pray that you didn't do what you said ok try jacking up the car and cleaning all cable connections to the starter while there look at the braided cable that goes from the solenoid to the starter case if it is broken or severely frayed your starter case and motor are grounded but the solenoid is not and you will only get 1 clank /click when the key is turned not rapid clicking sound familiar yes/no? Or your battery is discharged or a break in electrical contact put your car in theft mode and you need to disconnect the battery cables and clean them and reconnect them and use your key fob when the alrm/horn sounds to get it out of theft mode rapid flashing red light is the clue when you turn the key

there could be a loose wire wich is supposed to be going to your alternater wich is why your battery is'nt getting a charge.
