Try charging the battery first, OBD1 Fords and some others require a minimum of 10.5 volts at the injectors or they won't start I know it sounds a bit off the wall but try it anyway. If that fails unplug an injector and put a test lite between the terminals then crank the engine, the lite should flash if it does check fuel filter and pump. If it doesn't flash there's a problem with the engine controls. The codes you listed are Air Bag codes. I hope this helps. Take care

It may take as much as 60 PSI to overcome the fuel pressure regulator. No, you can't blow through it. I suspect you have a fuel starvation issue. It could be a clogged fuel filter. It may more likely be a pressure leak inside the tank. That pressure gauge you mentioned comes highly recommended at this point. There is a flexible line connecting the pump to the metal line in the tank. If it ruptures, you have only minimal pressure, and the vehicle starves for fuel. Using the gauge, turn the ignition on and off a couple of times, (do not start) If the filter is choked, you will still achieve pressure to overcome the regulator. If it never makes that much pressure, then it is the flex or the pump itself. My first experience with this I found the rupture after the third pump! Embarrassing!
If you find my suggestions to be helpful, please share with us some details so that others may benefit from knowing the whole story. Thank you!

hes right in the fact that it is most likely the "brain" or the ecu as a tech would know it when dsm ecu's are exposed to high heat or very cold temeratures it is common for them to go out primarily on the injector circuit my sugsetion ist un bolt the fuel rail and point the injector away from you (preferable into a drip pan) and try to turn it voer that will tell you if they are working and just to check how did you determine that you have fuel pressure up to the rail because the only way th really tell is to remove the rail or install a gauge at the rail also fuel pressue regulator could be jammed and letting the fuel just run right back to the gas tank probably is the ecu though

You can bypass the relay....I have a 2000 grand am gt and had the same problem.

Have you heard of Noid lights? You unplug the fuel injector and plug these in and they will light up if the injector is getting power. This might give you a better hint. There are also lights that go inbetween the spark plug and wire. Between these two items you may be able to narrow down the problem to a specific system. I believe that your car has a coil pack. Some of these engines have problems with the crank trigger. I believe it is located on the back side of the motor. If you decide to change it, be careful. I have heard of them breaking into two pieces and becoming a big problem.

replace your injectors. your vehicle is getting the fuel to start from the starter fluid. however the injectors arent giving it the gas that it needs to stay cranked
