Have you checked your blinker stalk at steering wheel.Does it have power going to the wiring.
You don't need to know that it's the actual turn signal switch in the steering column that has broken for the right contact side of the signals/ the bulb in the dash for it is blown out or that socket for it is corroded inside or the dash circuit board contact is torn solder it no year and model of opel given and I know you said you changed all bulbs but did you include the ones in the dash instrument panel?obviously me and jeff aren't there to ask or check ourselves for this and most likely your in another country so don't expect any in person help here and your time line for an answer might be 24 hours later so proper info and detailed questions will help you faster because my genie sent the lamp in for repairs while he's flying the globe with Bella Hadid so no wishes granted until the 22nd when he comes back for thanksgiving good luck
What year an model ?

sound like you have a poor earth on the rear lights or indicator circuit

I have ordered a reconditioned pcm for my Jeep. Once I have installed it I will get back to the forum and let you know if this fixed the problem
Thanks

If you take off the cover around the steering colum there should be a wire connected above your blinker switch if its not all the way pushed in tac ,speed and other lights will not work.
SOURCE: Flasher Relay location- 1998 Mazda B3000 pickup 4x4
it's basically a stand alone relay... most times... look for a relay by itself and often round. my ford winstars flasher relay was actually located in the fuse box under the drivers side dash. it was blue and larger then the other relays so that may be a clue to you.

It's the multifunction/turn signal switch or a dirty connector /bad solder joint I tried to a post a more detailed answer but this site is horrific sometimes and you can't post long answers
The flasher only sends power to the 4ways/turn signals to light up inside and outside if no power is coming from the turn signal switch for that side no light also there could be a bad solder joint on the board or the contacts that you fit the bulb into make sure that you do a continuity check for the plug from the turn signal switch to the dash panel connector and clean them
Sorry about the sarcasm in the first post but a lot of people don't understand that we need the information and we can't just answer the questions quickly this site can be problematic and the post do not make it through and if I was there I would keep going till I found the problem and I don't know all that you did so I could get a better scope on things but I will stay with you till you get it fixed but I think the contact inside the turn signal for the right side has broken inside and no power to it / power to contact when selected to flasher the to all lights for that side the 4ways and turn signals are on the same circuit they are just spliced into each other for single or dual operation so you said no power coming in that's the turn signal switch contact I don't have your schematic but most work this way good luck
