2004 Holden barina won't start when cold Had fuel pump replaced

I conducted a quick search online and it revealed that ACDelco has a fuel pump catalogue for a lot of car manufacturers and one of them is HOLDEN Barina.

Mr. ALI, you are in the correct way. Check first for the fuel pump fuse,if is not blown then go for the fuel pump relay. both will be find in the engine bay by the left side fuse and relay box.

these had issues of not starting when cold and missfiring only when cold
this was due to valves sticking due to carbon build up
head of and get valve guides modified as per holden info (scrapper counter sunk guides)

it might be one wire it might be cutting out so you should cheek the wires same of the cars do that

Yes you can just change the fuel pump, there are genuine and aftermarket options available, You need to remove the original pump from the cradle and this will allow you to confirm the size of the replacement pump.

The Fuel Pump is Inside the Fuel Tank. You will need to Trop the Fuel tank for this. Not an Easy Job by any Means.
