Just a note of caution - the entertainment or infotainment in these modern fully computerised vehicles is often integrated into other systems, esp the security system and attempting to connect an aftermarket unit to existing wiring might upset one or more of the black boxes.
Unless you can obtain a vehicle wiring diagram it might be wiser to wire the new radio from scratch.
If you definitely know there is no danger of the above happening, it isn't too difficult to identify the wires without knowing the colours. For a basic stereo 4-speaker radio there will be a ground wire, 1 battery live for the memory, 1 ignition live for the radio, probably another from the lights, possibly an output for an antenna preamplifier and four pairs of wires for the speakers.
Once the various supplies have been identified the speaker wires can easily be identified using a 9 volt battery to energise the speakers...

Theres a standard amongst most stereos, so if these colors apply, then you will be right,
Red is Ignition power
orange is direct power
Black is earth
blue is for phone
White is for electric arial
then there will be four coloured wires with matching color trace wires, these are the speaker wires.
