1--3-4-2 head where plugs go is #1 cylinder #2-#3-#4 in a straight line ,I don't remember if your engine is front wheel drive but I think so and the # 1 cylinder is at the passengers side if yours is rear wheel drive then from the closest to the radiator is the #1 cylinder I'm so tired from working 16 hour shifts for the last 5 weeks 7days I can't remember other cars I worked on in the past but this information is right you can search the distributor diagram if that's what you need and I don't want to give you the wrong plug towers on the distributor cap ok I hope that I helped you somewhat but your info is readily available on the net for sure stephen

for the 1993 probe i could only find a 2.5 V6. there are two banks of cylinders, odd and even. in other words as you stand in front of the vehicle the odd bank is toward the firewall, the even bank is closest to you.
the number one cylinder is on the passenger side toward the firewall and firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6. hope that helps
