I check all visual inspection all done
Modules communicate back and forth on the CAN bus. Code U0100 indicates the PCM is not able to send or receive CAN communication signals. This should be diagnosed by a professional.

The distributor gear. It wears down and causes rough idling to no start. Pull the distributor, look where the rotor button is pointing as it needs to go in the exact same position. you can get just the gear and replace it. it is held in by a drive pin. Push it out and swap gears and reuse the drive pin. hammer it in.

For the ECM 1 fuse to open you obviously have a short to ground , start with the injector disconnected and see if ECM 1 fuse still blows.If it does disconnect crank sensor, also inspect wires for the injectors or any rub through wires here is a diagram

you have a wire grounding out somewhere. The only way I know how to find it quickly is not very safe and requires extra work later.
