There is no odometer fuse . Does the speedometer work ?

Normal Operation
Vehicle speed information is sent to the instrument cluster from the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module over the communication network.
Your security system says starter motor disable, if database is correct. So the starter motor shouldn't crank the engine, if security system is involved. These databases are not always correct.
Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs--proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes?
#1 Make sure the headlamp switch is in the OFF position and open the trunk. #2 Carefully pull the carpet away to expose the backside of the tail lamp assembly. #3 Remove the nut and washer assemblies, then pull the lamp assembly away from the vehicle. #4 Remove the bulb socket by rotating it counterclockwise, then pulling it out of the lamp assembly. #5 Pull the bulb straight from the socket.
