How to change the country on Navigation system?

It hard to Diagnose a problem without vehicle detail such as
Engine, V8, V6 Etc Date/Month
IF all details can be supplied it makes it easier.

Also, no mater who your cell phone provider is, in many rural areas in this country there is no cell phone service at all.
As the country becomes more populated, and more cell phone towers are built, this will improve.
By the same token, many locations are not populated enough to show up on navigation maps.

You must remove the deck and send it in for repair.

by changing the battery with out maintaining a voltage for the radio and any other electronic gear , you have lost codes and other operational information that you will have to reinstall to get it all to work again

i still use maps,, ex navy guy, no fear of them.
151,000 yen, now that is scary price, like $1000 USD.
why not call the maker and ask that question,. im very sure
only they can,as its their design and there marketing effort.

This is an internal issue with the radio. As long as you don't suspect its intermitantly losing power then the only other option is the radio will need to be repaired or replaced. Replaced being the better choice.

To add navigation option you have to have the original screen in the car , and then you have to install the full navigation parts .
You can change the language from the menu itself
