My ignition was replaced by a locksmith, now the alarm will not shut off even while driving, the remote is broken, 2004 Honda Element.....thinking I am owner 2 or most likely 3

when temp rises, it slows/stops electronics. Inside your distributor there is a ICM chip. That's usually done the trick at my shop I used to have. Oh, other thing it could be is cat converter- is there exhaust (full) coming out?

the alarm will go off because the batt has been removed replace the batt then let it go off then it will shut it self off then it will be back to normal it will take about 10 mins or so

There is most likely a reset button under the dash somewhere. You can try pressing and holding that button down while pressing the lock button on the remote. If this does not work simply have the dealer reset it for you.
